The Saints are again scoring up 30 points on the scoreboard.

The New Orleans Saints disposed of yet another team on Thursday night, trouncing Atlanta Falcons on Thanksgiving with a 31-17 victory.

It was the latest offensive showcase for a 10-1 contender that looks like the best team in the NFC, complete with MVP candidate Drew Brees hitting four different former undrafted receivers for touchdowns.

The defeat in the meeting that closed the Thanksgiving activity left the Falcons with no chance of winning the title in the Southern Division of the National Conference.

Tommylee Lewis and Austin Carr caught just the second scoring pass in their careers. Matt Ryan, the Atlanta quarterback, was stripped of the ball by safety Marcus Williams in third and two and over the Saints’ 3-yard line.  Williams recovered to end the Falcons’ first series.

Julius Jones made a reception but dropped the ball to an impact from linebacker Alex An-zalone at the New Orleans 17-yard line. Safety Vonn Bell recovered the ovoid in the last minute of the second quarter, which pre-served a 17-3 lead just before halftime.

The great work of Brees with the new players of the offensive of the Saints confirmed the great moment of form in which it is like leader, whereas the defense also contributed an exceptional aid.

The Falcons quarterback, Matt Ryan, lost again the individual duel with Brees to complete 35 shipments of 47 for 377 yards, including two of “touchdowns”, another intercepted, was shot down six times in 37 opportunities and placed in 102 , 9 the pin index.
