Provolone on the grill with chistorra Recipe

A rich convinacion in your grill of an incomparable provolone and chistorra.


    • 1 Provolone cheese in thick slices
    • 350 g of chistorra
    • 1/4 cup olive oil
    • 1/3 cup of chopped parsley
    • 1 garlic clove finely chopped
    • 1/2 teaspoon of tree chili in oil
  • 2 hearts of lettuce in quarters


Finely chop the garlic and parsley. Place the olive oil in a container and mix it with the garlic, the parsley, the tree-in-oil chili and add salt and pepper to taste.

Grill the cheese, chistorra and lettuce and season with the oil mixture.
